J&K police public school, Miran Sahib Jammu organized a competition in which Students of Senior wing donned their ‘chef caps’ to exhibit their culinary skills in ‘cooking without fire’ Inter House competition held on 26 july 2024.
Children participated with full zeal and enthusiasm as they doled out nutritious yet delectable delicacies to each of the four houses. Artefacts and food items displayed were a visual treat and were presented in an artistic and aesthetic style. Dishes were judged on nutrition and taste by esteemed judges. Mr. Rajeev Sharma, (Principal) Ms. Anju Sharma, (HM) MsMalti Adhikari, (coordinator) Ms. Rajni Devi, Coordinator. They interacted with the budding chefs to find out the ingredients of the Recipes, Nutritional value of the dishes prepared by them. Judges were overawed by the efforts of the participants and results were announced amidst tough competition.The event not only provided a platform for the students to foster their creativity and decision-making skills but also helped them explore their hidden talents and discover new areas of interest.
At JKPPS students will be given tools that will allow them to feel passionate about all the endeavors that they will apply in different areas of curriculum.
