JKPPS Jammu celebrated Mahavir Jayanti to commemorate the life and teachings of 24th Jain Tirthankar Lord Mahavira the founder of Jainism. The life story of Lord Mahavira was depicted by the theatre artists from class VI through a small skit. The teachings of the Lord were highlighted through a melodious group song. An inspirational speech and a small quiz on the information given followed. The principal Mrs Renuka Guleria addressed the school and motivated the students to imbibe the values of honesty, truthfulness, non violence and hard work preached by Lord Mahavira.
At JKPPS students will be given tools that will allow them to feel passionate about all the endeavors that they will apply in different areas of curriculum.
